    Pros: Work life balance No micro management Exposure to grow and acquire new knowledge areas great culture to recognize employee efforts Benefits were great. The people are great strong leadership
    Cons: Work life balance is difficult for IT professionals Bad leadership and poor communication between management and their employees.

    Very cooperative team i had a great experience i was a contract consultant Great benefit and great work life balance. Our medical benefits seem high compared to my pervious employers and the company match for 401k it's great.

    Pros: great culture to recognize employee efforts The people are great Good benefits and the building is nice strong leadership
    Cons: Work life balance is difficult for IT professionals The compensation itself could look relatively lower compared to Silicon Valley tech firms but the company offers other benefits and values Bad leadership and poor communication between management and their employees.

    401k match is a fantastic benefit! Company match and bonus to retirement. great 401K match and health insurance

    Cons: Awful work/life balance unrealistic expectations incompetent management Bad leadership and poor communication between management and their employees. Salaries are lower than other bay area salaries but the company discretionary 401k contribution is a nice bump.

    Typical 401k medical/dental/vision matching 401k vacation. Additional wellness perks if you track it. 401k maternity leave and stock options Decent benefits pay is ok.

    Health Ins and ESP are pretty good. Good 401k match and additional contribution made by the company depending on its financial performance. Unfortunately because the company HQ is based in Midwest they are not familiar with employee stock options which is commonly available in the bay area. And even if they have those options availalable it seems inconsistent across the company. Open to review work supplemental retirement plan for higher levels volunteer day hours
