Pros: Benefits. Location. Sometimes food for the 2am-4am shift team.
Cons: Sexist store. Trash pay after 2 years. Horrible communication. Overworked. Disrespected. Rare given food for the morning only given to afternoon shifts. They give junk food and old food for us to eat. Team leaders suck. Mostly women ETLs, they all suck and rude towards men. Maybe green store but ain?t no one wants to stay or work there for a long time due to team leaders and them rushing you.

Better communication, less toxic, and more supportive.

Pros: the creative work was very fun and exciting, with millions of views. the brand was fun to work with, not sure it would be now.
Cons: pay is very medeocre, especially starting salary. people tend to be cliquey. almost impossible to move up levels or get a raise in the company unless you leave and come back.
