Pros: Cool place to work, nice co workers
Cons: Low pay, gets boring at times
Salary - B | Culture - F | Management - D | Coworkers - F
Pros: Benefits. Location. Sometimes food for the 2am-4am shift team.
Cons: Sexist store. Trash pay after 2 years. Horrible communication. Overworked. Disrespected. Rare given food for the morning only given to afternoon shifts. They give junk food and old food for us to eat. Team leaders suck. Mostly women ETLs, they all suck and rude towards men. Maybe green store but ain?t no one wants to stay or work there for a long time due to team leaders and them rushing you.
Better communication, less toxic, and more supportive.
