Pros: in my opinion this is a great place to work, especially as a college stupid. the pay is great, and benefits are great as well. hours differ, but its a good part time position.
Cons: hours are not consistent as part time preloader. some weeks you will work less than 20, others you will work more. peak is great because you get alot of overtime.

Pros: Have a good driver that shares the load not run the helper to death.
Cons: Be prepared drivers mostly stay on the truck running the helper even on long driveways than could be driven up too bs
If drivers can't drive or backup up they shouldn't be driving it's stupid to walk 100yards when the driveway is open and clear makes no sense to walk that far.

Cons: Takes forever to get the position. Background check is sent out and I was told it takes 2-3 weeks. I got a copy and they still did not? I think agesim is in full force and needs to be rooted out
Stop the long process and get it resolved. People deserve more respect and the inefficient process is losing good people
