    Salary - B | Culture - D | Management - D | Coworkers - C

Pros: Pay was decent, met some really great people. My first building mentored and trained their supervisors, the second did not and had a high turnover rate in management
Cons: Lacks work life balance and can be a super toxic work environment but depends on the building.

Take care of your supervisors, make sure they are trained and have all the tools they need to be successful.
