the supervisors are young thus havent participated in adequate developmental supervisory skill trainings and leadership trainings
you work 3-4 hours daily, more during peak season just to be harassed and talk down upon
there are no identifiable breaks within the shift (i.e bathroom breaks/15min break, etc)
They preach safety and hydration and stretching but if you're seated for overexertion you will get scowled and yelled at
They ask you if you can lift 75lbs but the expectation is CAN YOU LIFT 75 LBS 300x.
You will get written up if you're late as of 1sec past official start time
You wont get any benefits or PTO until 1 year of work
Vacation time is only 1 week and thats only selected upon "availability" that any other week is already taken my coworkers who started before you
Supervisors belittle you
Need to reevaluate the expectations and transparency of work load.
Loading 600-1K packages in package vehicles or loading 2k-4K Packages in Trailers should require better pay wages and breaks and better working conditions such as more fans and ventilated facilities.

Cons: Supervisors borderline bipolar, if you’re not working. You’re sent home, if you grab water, that’s write up. I had part time supervisor report me to full time supervisor. Over water break. I refused to give my work I’d. ended up working rest of the day
