Pros: Good health insurance, 40 hr work week, overtime pay implemented so no forced unpaid overtime for specialist.
Cons: Bad managers who believe people below them shouldn't have opinions. Managers were kind of clicky where they talk among themselves. They have a company manual which they believe is like the bible. Some managers were racist as they make remarks like "he looks like he would be on the 6 o'clock news.'
No point, they're old boomers who are set in their ways. UPS is a terrible place to work. You have to put them first and your family second.
