Pros: I love the people. Great culture mission that matters tons of independence for deciding what to work on rather than being told what to do Great opportunities for personal development and growth especially for someone coming in at an entry Flexible hours
Cons: Frugal culture goes a bit too far often pushed into bad decisions to save trivial costs. Bad compensation within the industry
Mobile Wiser allowing work from almost anywhere for 3 months a year and paid parental leave of 18 weeks are stand outs. Many pearks compared to American companies Time off is really great
