Pros: Company culture enables employee growth and is open to innovation that challenges the status quo; company is fully remote YRCI cares about their employees invests in them with training from their University and plans for 1 month of training for each employee.
Cons:
One of the best benefits packages l have been offered at any company. The 401-k was of great interest. I was able to invest a larger sum than l originaly planned. The benefits packages are expensive and you pay a lot out of pocket yearly. I see that maternity leave is checked as a benefit for this company. That is false they have zero maternity or paternity leave.
