Pros: Good community educational opportunities and great managers close to 401 Great work culture.
Cons: Managers does not take responsibility Long hours and lack of promos Bring politics and personal beliefs into the office and workplace will let anyone go if they speak up against the opinions and have their own opinion will give the lowest amount for promotion and raises bonuses are minimal Basic benefits very little sick days
