Pros: Great manager decent company culture opportunities to learn quickly Good work life balance Flexibility
Cons: Their decisions were often arbitrary and hasty and made without considering the impact on employees. SLAs do not earn commission until they achieve at least 50%. My experience working at APFM was nothing short of a nightmare and it's primarily due to the disastrous executive leadership.

Paid time off is good. Nothing is bad for mom Good pto time. Flexibility with working remotely Pretty standard insurance policy and packages. Fully remote is the best
