Pros: open communicative and progressive culture Can spend up to three days of free time as you can't make any moves without a micromanaging (depends how much it reflects on them) but absent manager (hide and seek everyday! Talented colleagues reasonable facilities. Awesome place to work great benefits...
Cons: Generally a lifeless culture. If your pro active and have great ideas better leave them to your manager so he can decide what you can say. Bullying management style.
