Pros: Good benefit and help me improved my skills Fun place to work and full of good people they have good pay for contractor compared to other companies Good management and R&D teams. Good work life balance and for initial career stages
Cons: No benefits for their contractors People are kinda lazy. Pay is low for tech workers compared to many other sectors. Some bad management. No work life balance
401k is amazing. Employer will save to your 401k while you pay off student loans. Limited paid time off 15 days until you have worked for 5 years. Great benefits and culture that helps development
