Pros: WFH nice benefits managers truly care about their team and want them to succeed and provide so much positive feedback. Communication is open and the environment is extremely collaborative. Yes the company is growing and evolving quickly which if you have the right expectation going in allows you to learn a LOT and impact change. Great upper management
Cons: Benefits could be better
