Pros: Good company and management. Flexibility Private Medical Insurance Opportunities to travel. great people to work with
Cons: The whole team had a 'cult culture' and basically if you didn't fit in you would be kicked out instantly When concerns was raised I was told to get on with it and also that attitude was changed over night. No bonus.
