Pros: Decent pay and remote job Comprehensive training. Helpful coworkers Management is easy to work with Most if not all positions are fully remote the project I was apart of included VERY easy work and time off is fairly easy to get.
Cons: Low pay Excellent training and guidance and established great connections. Lack of job security no room for growth management was terrible with communication. No time off and they could care less
The insurance was a bit higher for my family and it seemed impossible to get pto. You would get something like .3 every paycheck towards pto but you get 8hrs for a day of giving which is nice but you can't use it for a serious emergency either.. And the “sick time” was nothing as well. You miss 3 day in a quarter. You get written up no matter what the situation is. Best thing was my co-workers some of them were super kind. Worst thing was everything else. Management was all over we had new supervisors at one point every couple of weeks. Training is minimal. Great Benefits and lots of training!
