Pros: Great work life balance competitive salary. Management is clear and open to what is happening within the company WFH 4 day work week people always willing to help Full of info and training Great benefits
Cons: Management Constantly reorg Salary No clear direction Bad Management not all engaged. Benefits are very expensive and poor selection for large families.
Fully remote and flexible hours Good all around! I would reccomend Competitive benefits. Unlimited PTO is great
