    Pros: The pay is not bad. A good amount of assignments opportunities Steady work nice people flexible. You make your schedule work as you want pay was decent but no benefits
    Cons: Low pay.

    Fully paid health insurance for corporate employees and their families It's not a bad job for getting additional income but there are no benefits due to working as a freelancer. No perks but only the hourly rate applied as an independent contractor interpreter

    Pros: The pay is not bad. A good amount of assignments opportunities Remote working flexible hours supportive staff Steady work nice people flexible.
    Cons: Low pay. evaluating the lack of sleep lack of respect and lack of pay that this company was giving me (or not giving me in some cases).
