Pros: Good working environment all the time
Cons:
Employees are covered 100% for medical coverage. I was so relieved to hear about this during my interview. There were so many benefits options and deadlines to enroll that it was a little overwhelming at first but HR helped me through the process. 401k matching is contingent on profits and it is matched for most years.Working at ADEC Solutions-USAFreight Processor - Data Entry | Remote

Pros: you'll be enjoying working in the company since everyone is friendly despite the salary Great culture good people with great character. Good working environment
Cons: Low salary and minimal to zero incentives no work life balance No career growth and I was stagnant for years
The benefits are fair for a small company. There is no guaranteed 401K match and the parental leave policy could be better though. Employees are covered 100% for medical coverage.
