Pros: Pay was decent. work from home and competitive salary Lengthy training possibility for promotions and raises working with a very diverse clientele. The benefits were average.
Cons: Stressful annoying low pay hectic horrible Training is difficult at this time of year with the volume of work needing to get done and being understaffed a bit. Managers do not care Micro managing They say “we don't just sit infront of our laptop” yes they do.
Health vision and dental are great. Wonderful enterprise with even better benefits. You have to use your pto for sick days.
