Pros: The leadership is amazing they actually listen to their employees. Great pay and benefits generous paid time off. Great Training Program Big Upside Opportunity Good salary bonus snacks company meals sometimes.
Cons: Lack of leadership lack of appreciation directors tell you to do things and then say they didn't tell you that which creates a culture of needing to cover myself because they'll throw me under the bus to protect their self. Little communication outdated or nonexistent technology no investment in people.
Benefits after 90 days is great Benefits are expensive for what you get and you never get more vacation time Affordable benefits and the Health insurance isn't terrible.
