    Salary - D | Culture - D | Management - D | Coworkers - D

Pros: Management is very in tune and supportive of every employee. great coworkers… which is not even THEIR pro… good environment and work mate
Cons: 1. Low salary 3. Management often changes their mind: They often change their mind about the workflow going back and forth with certain details and the funniest thing is they would forget the decisions they made (which I guess is somewhat a good thing because more so often they make terrible decisions that just makes everyone's work more confusing). 3. Limited Growth Opportunities
