Pros: My recruiter Yasha was excellent to work with stayed in touch and guided me throughout the entire process. Work from home is the only positive about this company. The executive leadership and company culture is top notch. Company is growing so there are opportunities available.
Cons: No company is perfect hiring process a little bit long Benefits are extremely expensive and the 401k has the lowest match I've ever seen. Executive leadership was terrible direct supervisor was terrible.
Lots of options to choose from. The health insurance is worse than having no insurance at all. Absurd they can even provide it. Health insurance package was good 401K is good and the ability to grow my career is a strong benefit.
