Pros: Good pay and hours for schedule The benefits are good and are not expensive Good work life balance Nice people to work with If you have a good manager you might enjoy it here otherwise good luck getting through PIP cycle unscathed.
Cons: Low Pay compared to other in house company no benefits No work life balance at the company Be sure you have a manager who is as excited about your growth as you are.

Pros: Good pay and hours for schedule The benefits are good and are not expensive Flexible hours Very easy to do The people were great and intelligent great culture and staff overall
Cons: Low Pay compared to other in house company no benefits Long hours and you work hard Culture of all the Work group are not same.
The best aspect of Amazon's benefits package is its comprehensive health coverage including medical dental and vision insurance along with wellness programs. The 401(k) with matching contributions is also a strong point.On the downside some employees find the PTO (Paid Time Off) structure limited especially in the early years. Amazon offers a variety of leave services both paid and unpaid as well as leave of absence options such as FMLA. Health Benefits: Amazon offers comprehensive health insurance options including medical dental and vision coverage which many employees find valuable.Paid Time Off: The company provides a reasonable amount of paid time off including vacation days and sick leave which can contribute to work-life balance.Retirement Plans: Amazon has a 401(k) plan with company matching which helps employees save for retirement.
