Pros: Pay is good and fair Benefits and pay rate opportunity to growth and good coordinate staff Flexible hours and great with students. management and pay were great The work culture is good and I never felt that I was new in the company
Cons: Low pay and more targets to meet no benefits or complain support for seasonal or contract employees Long hours and can be difficult working all night if you're not used to it. Management was poor and the responsibility to pay ratio did not seem adequate Bad work culture and hectic schedules

Always had good health insurance and paid leave for injurys Good health care options and decent parental leave. Health benefits are OK but 401K matching is low and sick time is very limited.
