Pros: Good pay and fun work. The benefits are great. Average management. Great 401k good benefits great employees. Decent work/life balance
Cons: bad pay. Benefits are costly Bad management. the company does not care about their employees and they are understaffed.
Pay is outstanding. PTO/sick time is 4.62 hours a pay period. some of the best insurance around Company insurance rates typical of industry.
