Pros: Great benefits Manager is very flexible Good work life balance.
Cons: Bonus should be increased it is really low in the current market Paths for moving up in the company are unclear
The benefits are worth it 👌 Excellent BCBS PPO...if you're willing to pay more out of pocket. Caregiver leave is abysmal by any reasonable standard. I can't recommend working here if you expect to need to take any sort of regular time off for caregiving needs. Cons: Paths for moving up in the company are unclear
The benefits are worth it 👌 The AMA has an excellent benefits package at a good cost. The organization offers excellent benefits many of which start immediately after start date.
