Pros: Pay is good. Good people and talent to be around Great benefits! work from home co It's a family atmosphere and the culture was good.
Cons: low pay but that's all While the people are nice it is very disorganized took 3+ months to get trained and still haven't finished training. Not a lot of benefits Great Culture amazing leadership.

Pros: Pay is good. Good people and talent to be around Great benefits! Flexibility to work from home and lots of paid holidays throughout the year. It's a family atmosphere and the culture was good.
Cons: Pay was low for the role and there were no bonuses to the AM team for renewals or upselling. While the people are nice it is very disorganized took 3+ months to get trained and still haven't finished training. While the benefits are amazing and the mission of the company is truly lived out daily the pay is not competitive and on the lower side. Great Culture amazing leadership.
