Pros: Management is great + Some of the most hands on experience I've encountered as most other companies keep you pretty much isolated to one thing than let you have the opportunity to learn and develop. good coworkers and good location Work life balance is good
Cons: Unprofessional management Too much overtime and little pay No communication does not want to offer raises no work life balance.
