    Pros: The pay is decent and consistent. Flexible friendly & good management. Good benefits and health insuranxe Managers and Trainers are reachable on personal hours Adequate training steady pay with opportunities for overtime.
    Cons: Low pay. Awful... Management 0 Communication 0 Independence 0 Control 100% Respect 0 they set goals but demand you to make more they have people chasing employees pressuring to be available all the time. No benefits because it's not direct hire. Long hours during open enrollment season There is no training provided; however colleagues will get angry and rude when mistakes are made.
