Pros: The pay is decent and consistent. Good benefits and health insuranxe Flexible friendly & good management. Managers and Trainers are reachable on personal hours Great training
Cons: Low pay. No benefits because it's not direct hire. Not much help with management Long hours during open enrollment season The job was seasonal but we weren't told that until 3 weeks into our training
Robust with lots of options The best aspect of Aon's benefits package is generally considered to be its comprehensive coverage which includes health dental and vision insurance as well as retirement savings plans with a company match. They also offer a good amount of paid time off and flexible working options which can be beneficial for work-life balance. Ability to choose Medical Dental Vision carrier instead of just having one option.
