Pros: Colleagues are easy to get along with the work is enriching in the sense that there's a visible positive affect for clients An amazing culture with snacks provided on a daily basis.
Cons: Understaffed and overworked no clear focus on product offering or design frequent disconnect between departments exacerbated by the fact that the company operates between a NY FL and Israel office constant effort to add new business but sales oversells the product focus has been on quantity of clients over quality to the point that it will be a long road to recover terrible benefits package and owner is against WFH despite all tasks being completed on a computer and employees working between offices daily
It is very complete and forward thinking. Very good benefits at the company. Benefits are Adequate for a startup.
