Pros: management always available for questions and or support. The culture in the office is great and I currently work a hybrid schedule! Collaborative Teams Good Benefits and flexible. It has a good pay structure and bonuses
Cons: Management and culture are horrible. Salary and Benefits are on par with the industry but are constantly being evaluated to make sure that the company can attract and retain talent.
I find the package to be comprehensive They don't match 401K contributions until you've worked there for 2 years. Health insurance is incredibly expensive and 401K match is very low compared to similar companies.
