Pros: Fair pay Small classes beautiful campus. Great kids nice colleagues staff are laid There's also a 401k with some amount of matching.
Cons: The pay could be better for the people who have graduate degrees in the subject they teach. You never know how many classes you'll be teaching. Patronizing management lack of communication no feedback post

Benefits are amazing!!! Never had been at a job that looks after their employees and their well being Pretty basic coverage and you usually need to pay extra for better options Benefits aren't the best but they aren't the worst and the company is actively trying to improve things where they can.
