Pros: Organized Policies and Procedures are well maintained and set in place You get to work with the best of the best Its a family envirmonment You work hard and will be appreciated Amazing people to sorround yourself with and learn great things Leadership conferences Work events I have been looking for a stable management company and a work family and I can truly say I am excited to continue to learn and grow from the leaders around me. No help at all high expectations and awful properties Professional development and assistance is always offered to the PM's.
Cons: The budget set for maintenance is often to low and it's unfair that their bonuses are tied to it Struggles with Management and Employee Support
Decent benefits. The insurance plans that are worth it are a little too expensive. Lot of good benefits. Great company Great benefits and pay. The pricing for benefits wad average.
