Pros: Friendly atmosphere supportive leadership quality focused Decent benefits Good compensation and good people to work with Family owned quite friendly people
Cons: Terrible leadership and management Too relaxed environment no career growth
B. Braun does have very good medical insurance though it has certainly become more expensive the past few years. The eye and dental plans are not that bad I have seen a lot worse. But there medical insurance definitely needs to be approved up-pond. 401k is nice but extremely limited PTO
