Pros: This allows for better developed relationships and facilitates career changes within the company. Great Product Small Corporate team Work/life balance is great.
Cons: Salary at the time was low for market but benefits were good.
Great work-life balance PTO and insurance. Very flexible hybrid schedule with most teams coming in once a week. Pros: The leaders at Ballard Designs care about the retail experience and are always asking for feedback and then acting on it.
Cons: Big disconnect between senior leadership lack of transparency and communication A job that is not secure due to so many layoffs There is bad culture here and it starts from the top down. SVP of Merchandising does not know how to work with others and creates a hostile work environment for employees.
