Pros: The culture is very good.
Cons: The pay is far lower than industry standard. Management is not a resource. Pay. Leadership is aware of the industry discrepancy. No formal training.
100% employee paid Medical Dental Vision for employee Spouse and Dependents Good to very good PTO great healthcare solid 401K contribution Decent benefits package as a whole especially if you have dependents. PTO could be more robust.
