Pros: Friendly management pay was decent enough for me Benefits are great You work 8 hour days flexible hours and get to interact with animals. Great coworkers and loved working with pets!
Cons: Poor management they will hire anybody and never get rid of people who are incompetent or causing conflicts. Pay is low clients can be difficult they took away a ton of benefits at the start of the year and spun it to sound like a good thing. long hours and the pay could be a bit more for how long you're working.
Benefit packages are top notch Great company to work for Insurance is alright. You do get 2 OWP's for 3 of your pets.
