Pros: Great pay benefits and team atmosphere. Work life balance room to grow great brands Good Compensation and good Work Like Balance Smart people at the top good benefits interesting brands.
Cons: The benefits and perks are great but not worth the stress. average compensation for the industry at points goals become cloudy or move based on market conditions Horrible leadership exacerbated by weak training.
Great parental leave policy. PTO is pretty good as well Health insurance is good here. Strong benefits package and excellent parental leave policy.
