Pros: The management is only out for profit. Work from home good starting salary High level of transparency with company performance. Good pay & decent benefits.
Cons: Management is an absolute mess. Pay is below market value.
The company offers generous time off and employer paid health insurance. They do offer an employee only insurance plan that is free. You just pay for any additional members. Currently through UHC. I do wish there were more options of different payers but overall its a pretty great package. Pretty good.
