Pros: Great culture Good work life balance as long as you're willing to do what you're told. Chill management. Great executive leadership and general company culture Very chill and people are nice
Cons: They have a poor slack culture and don't really understand how to leverage it for business and to get things done. Hectic work schedule and chaotic management Leadership is the big con at BILL and you can't ignore it
