Pros: Good work life balance and learning Great management Good work culture and lot of gifts Decent pay. Great Team and management.
Cons: Work Life balance gets messed up as one will have evening calls with US folks. Overall management was fair. average work culture and less growth Pay could be better perhaps
Great work environment open doors policy. Unlimited PTO is the best benefit. They also have the other standard benefits like 401(k) matching insurance etc. high premium with limited covering
