The bank offers a highly competitive benefits package. This is likely to be in line with other non-US bank packages. It seems non-US banks are more competitive than US banks for talent 4% match + 5% company contribution for 401k is nice! access to HSA and good amount of PTO Vacation time is the best specially compared to other banks.
