Pros: most people are great fair pay Great culture respect engineer culture passion People and management genuinely care
Cons: RH no comments people are extremely rude shout for everything. Frequent Layoffs Pay is lower than industry standard. It's a tough culture to be part of just waiting for the next round. micro management.
Benefits package is comprehensive. Medical insurance is on the pricey side but they have a generous vacation policy unlimited sick and personal time and paid parental leave Standard benefits package but not exceptional or particularly competitive for a tech company.
