Pros: The people I worked with are great and deserve so much better Some good benefits (for now)
Cons: Constant layoffs zero communication management is all over the place and does not even know how to do half the things that are needed Money hungry people who don't care about the people laying off 40% of staff who are good workers and have given a lot to the company with no sympathy. Leadership has consistently lied about lay Inconsistent messaging and communication from management and leadership Benefits were a mess no severance no match with 401K micromanaged forced to go back into the office 100%...to locations much farther than our former office yet our team was spread out all over the US.
