Pros: The team is a cohesive one Lot's of autonomy to manage client relationships as you see fit. In addition diversity is not just tolerated it's celebrated. They expect intellectual honesty teamwork and want folks to speak up and speak out.
Cons: research shows that people generally take less time off than if they have a specific allotment and it results in not being paid out unused days if you leave.

Benefits have been revamped to now include 3 health insurance options still paid for by the company dental and vision. Also includes 401(k) with company match company paid for life insurance and other optional insurance benefits. 100% employer covered- best benefits money can buy - incredible. unlimited PTO Good benefits 401K and PTO.

Pros: The team is a cohesive one and often having all time and progress shut down by an internal malicious move (or 2) and complete loss of faith in the system respect from clients/candidates commission and if you're that certain type In addition diversity is not just tolerated it's celebrated. Coming from a completely different field and work environment I wanted to make sure I was with the company long enough to notice the good bad and ugly.
