Pros: The team is a cohesive one and often having all time and progress shut down by an internal malicious move (or 2) and complete loss of faith in the system respect from clients/candidates commission and if you're that certain type In addition diversity is not just tolerated it's celebrated. Coming from a completely different field and work environment I wanted to make sure I was with the company long enough to notice the good bad and ugly.
