    Pros: Good work life balance Great people and team work Flexible good culture lets you get on with the job Great people very collaborative good pay workers are treated fairly interesting projects support from management. 5 star company with strong brand exposure. Work environment and culture is awesome!!
    Cons: This makes the busy competent people feel taken advantage of restless and then looking to leave for fairer working conditions. less pay when compared to the market Worst work environment where you have to work like a machine.

    Health insurance is a bit expensive for a family and comes with high annual caps/deductibles Average benefits what most companies offer Broadridge has an unlimited vacation perk that is a game changer.

    Cons: This makes the busy competent people feel taken advantage of restless and then looking to leave for fairer working conditions. Salary will not increase Low pay ( extremely underpaid for experience years of service and workload) Management usually play favorites Management has a hard time breaking silos and making decisions that will benefit the enterprise
