Pros: Benefits are competitive and comprehensive. High Company Morale Opportunies for Advancement and Learning Great Atmosphere Newly Renovated Office Comfortable Working Envirornment a Growing Company with New Ideas Seasonal Fundraisers Occasional Pizza Parties Friendly Co This is one of them Bille encourages growth development and a sense of family even when the company is growing financially and in person. (naturally the requests of 1 may not be taken if the majority feels otherwise but the chance is still given to be heard) Salaries are competative. workers were awesome super helpful and welcoming !
Cons:
Very good benefits package. Kicks in after 90 day probation period. Time off is standard. Health insurance could be better but is decent for the amount paid. Pros: Fair hours and Flexible PTO Decent Pay Lots of team building.
Cons: Very young and immature management and directors. Terrible company it's heartbreaking to see the amount of relationships you built and 2 weeks later there's a chance you won't see them again because of the high turn over rate .
