Pros: Work/life balance is great. Company has great benefit and pays well Great people and managers to work with Good culture never work more than 40 hours Good team Good pay and a positive work environment
Cons: No work life balance. competitive benefits for a company of this size (DCPP matching only after 1st year of service a choice of either HCSA or Wellness but not both). 19 change the culture a little bit. Long hours average pay no parking discount
Great and affordable insurance packages. Pretty standard as compared to other companies Great health care insurance and PTO
