Pros: Management gives the appearance that they care about staff and performance and they have backed that appearance with consistent raises and bonuses during my tenure. Job training great stock plan good people Hybrid Good Benefits Great team environment Employees are appreciated. Good pay helpful coworkers engaging leadership
Cons: Management is rude and disrespectful to staff. Absolutely no training disorganized and the company only cares about numbers not people. The benefits are sub par compared to other companies. Pay is not as competitive as other companies
Benefits are very good. Copays are high. Great benefits! In lieu of PTO DTO is used. Best: Tuition Assistance Program for Sure
